I’m Kimberly. I fit the HR stereotype pretty well: stern face, looks unapproachable, probably judging your late Zoom entrance before you’ve even unmuted. I get it, I look like I’m about to write you up. But behind that camera is someone who’s genuinely reachable, work-related or not, and who takes the “people” part of people management seriously.

Five years into HR management, I’ve learned that discipline and kindness aren’t opposites; they’re just two ways of saying “I care about you, so please stop doing that.”
